Skylark and her mother ship Blue Bird are sheltering from over 30 knots of south westerly wind that has caused the cancellation of the first leg of the Corsica Classic Yacht Rally around the coast of the beautiful Mediterranean island.
A fleet of over 20 classic yachts, including Matt Barker’s Blue Peter and Christopher Spray’s Stormy Weather, has joined Skylark for the fun event which sees the fleet anchor in beautiful bays at night for BBQ and beach parties.
The Rally comprises seven legs starting from Calvi and finishing in Bonefacio in the south.
